At iluxir, we believe in rituals over routines. A routine is something you rush through without noticing. A ritual is something you're present for.
That distinction shapes everything we make. We didn't set out to build “a candle brand” — we set out to build small, sensory pauses into ordinary days: the candle you light before anyone else is awake, the diffuser that marks the shift from work mode to home mode, the scent that tells your nervous system it's safe to slow down.
That's why every iluxir product is designed around a moment, not just a mood. Morning Ritual isn't “a woody candle”, it's built for the quiet minutes before the day starts. Our scents are named and blended around what you're doing and feeling when you reach for them, not just how they smell on their own.
It's also why we care so much about what's actually in the candle. A ritual built on synthetic fragrance and a paraffin headache isn't really a ritual — it's just one more thing to get through. So we hand-pour in small batches with clean, phthalate-free fragrance and a coconut-apricot wax base, because how it's made matters as much as why.
Rituals don't have to be elaborate. Lighting a candle for two minutes before you open your laptop counts. That's the whole idea: small, intentional acts that turn an ordinary day into one you actually experienced.
What is iluxir?
iluxir is a luxury, non-toxic home fragrance brand based in Austin, Texas, founded by Akriti Marwaha. We hand-pour candles, reed diffusers, and room sprays in small batches, designed to turn everyday moments into intentional rituals.
Are iluxir candles non-toxic?
Yes. iluxir candles are made with clean, phthalate-free fragrances, so you know what you're breathing in when you light one.
What are iluxir candles made of?
Our candles use a hand-poured coconut-apricot wax base for a clean, even burn, paired with a lead-free cotton wick.

What sizes do iluxir candles come in?

What is the Monthly Ritual?
The Monthly Ritual is iluxir's home fragrance membership. Each month we hand-select one full-size product from our collection, plus new releases, and send it straight to your door.
